Bandwidth Settings

The Bandwidth Settings tab sets what happens when the server reaches its monthly bandwidth allowance.

Mode	What happens
None	The server keeps running, and overage is billed per GB.
Stop server	The server is powered off. You can start it again, but further traffic is billed as overage.
Suspend server	The server is suspended until the next billing cycle (3rd of each month).

Changes take effect within 5–10 minutes after Apply changes.

Hourly servers

On an hourly server the included traffic accrues hour by hour through the billing period, so the full allowance is not available from day one.

DDoS protection is automatic and needs no configuration; see Attacks.
