Racks

Racks lists the colocated racks on your account. To get a rack, open a ticket from Support to request a quote.

Rack list

POWER is the provisioned draw on the customer side (for example 8A), not a live reading.

Rack detail

Lock Combination is the combination set on the rack lock. Power limit is the contracted draw cap; Power usage is the live draw summed across the PDUs.

Units tab

TIP

Keep the unit map in sync with what is physically installed. Remote hands and Gigahost technicians use it to find your equipment.
