Plans & Billing

Webhosting plans differ in storage, bandwidth and the number of email accounts and databases; all are hosted in Norway and include the same features. The Upgrade dialog on the dashboard lists every plan with its price. For how many domains a plan allows, see Domains.

• Free SSL certificates (Let's Encrypt, auto-renewed)
• One-click app installer (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal and more)
• Browser-based file manager
• FTP and SFTP access
• Manual backups with restore
• DNS management

Upgrading Your Plan

Click Upgrade on the dashboard, pick a plan and confirm. The upgrade takes effect immediately.

To downgrade, contact support. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Cancelling Your Hosting

WARNING

When the cancellation takes effect, all files, email, databases and backups on the account are permanently deleted. Download anything you need before then.

Click Cancel on the dashboard and confirm. The account keeps working until the renewal date and is removed after that.
