The dashboard is the first page after login. Status messages come from gigahoststatus.com.

Outstanding balance

Outstanding balance is every unpaid invoice on the account, VAT included, unpaid top-up invoices too. Overdue: is the part past its due date; when support has extended a due date, the invoice counts as overdue only after the extension ends.

Users and API keys without read access to billing always see None here, even when the account owes money.

Support PIN

Give the Support PIN when you call phone support, so support can confirm who they are talking to. The PIN belongs to the logged-in user, not to the account, and changes every day. In another customer's account through Access, it shows your own PIN.
